Project Management is more than a corporate skill it’s a universal tool for success. Whether someone is preparing to launch a school, establish a business, or simply organize a structured job plan, understanding how to initiate, plan, execute, and close projects effectively is crucial. Through this bootcamp, we aim to deliver that foundational knowledge in a way that is both practical and accessible to a wide range of participants.

Participants will learn to navigate five key performance domains in project management: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. These principles not only enhance individual productivity but also uplift entire organizations, providing clarity, structure, and measurable progress toward shared goals.

Guiding the sessions will be Dr. Khaled Falah, a seasoned leader and educator with extensive experience in both government and academia. Dr. Falah has served as Chief Information Officer for several DC government agencies and taught at institutions such as Campbellsville University and George Washington University. Holding a PhD in Management and Leadership, along with multiple federal certifications, Dr. Falah brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to the classroom.

His involvement underscores the bootcamp’s emphasis on both professional rigor and real-world applicability. Attendees will leave with not just theory, but actionable strategies they can apply immediately within their communities or careers.
